- Strong understanding of reliability across electro-mechanical systems; failure mechanisms
- Experience with HALT, HASS, ALT and translating results into product decisions
- Statistical analysis, reliability modeling, and root-cause methodologies; cross-functional communication
- ASQ CRE certification preferred; AI tools adoption
