Senior Release Manager, CS Platform

📋 Description

• Liaise across Platform Management, TPM, Eng, Testing, and Ops for release alignment.
• Maintain source-of-truth trackers and docs for stakeholders.
• Create and maintain release management best practices.
• Define, track, and report release health metrics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Surface issues, risks and regional nuances before launch; rally cross-functional partners to resolve.
• Facilitate go/no-go decisions and own acceptance criteria for releases.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program/PM, release management, or product ops.
• Led cross-functional product releases with executive visibility.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Asana, Jira, Airtable; strong virtual collaboration.
• Hands-on SDLC knowledge; Agile experience preferred.
