Senior Release Manager

📋 Description

• Own and evolve enterprise release strategy, governance, and best practices across NiCE CXone.
• Lead planning, orchestration, and execution of large-scale SaaS releases spanning multiple teams.
• Serve as primary release authority for readiness, risk, and go/no-go decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, QA, Ops, Security, Support to align dependencies and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of release processes, change management, and automation across the SDLC.
• Oversee testing strategies and environment readiness, ensuring quality gates before release.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years SDLC experience in enterprise SaaS with ownership of release management.
• 1+ years leading complex, concurrent software releases in a senior Release Manager or similar role.
• Deep understanding of modern SDLC practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployment (monolith and microservices).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Change and Problem Management, release governance, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and resilience.
