Own and manage Salesforce release calendar across Dev, QA, UAT, Prod.
Plan, coordinate, and execute deployments using Copado, SFDX, Git pipelines.
Serve as single point of contact for Salesforce production deployments.
Enforce SOX-compliant change management with approvals and evidence.
Own sandbox and environment strategy; plan refreshes and data readiness.
Coordinate managed package and integration installs/upgrades across environments.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years Salesforce experience; 3+ years Release Eng/DevOps.
Hands-on Copado, SFDX, Git deployments.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce environments and refresh strategies.
SOX-compliant change management with approvals and duties.
Salesforce metadata knowledge (objects, fields, CPQ/CRMA).
Cross-functional release coordination with devs, QA, and business teams.
