Design, maintain, and improve the deployment path from code to production.
Build and scale CI/CD systems for deterministic builds and fast feedback.
Implement automated security controls (SAST, DAST, dependency checks, CVE detection).
Manage production environments and deployment workflows (canary, blue/green, progressive delivery).
Own and evolve Kubernetes platform, Helm charts, and infrastructure configuration.
Partner with engineering to remove bottlenecks and enable squads to ship independently.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in Platform Eng, Release Eng, DevOps, or SRE.
Experience operating and scaling production systems with reliability and security.
Proven CI/CD design and optimization in cloud-native environments.
Deep experience with Kubernetes and Helm in production.
Infrastructure as Code principles and configuration management.
GitOps tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD) and security scanning.
