π― Requirements
- 4β6 years in customer success, relationship banking, fintech account management, or similar.
- 3+ years working directly with accounting firms.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger systems, chart of accounts, and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite and their integrations.
- Experience managing a book of business across multiple firms or multi-entity portfolios.
- Clear, confident communication with finance leaders and firm principals.
