  • Steward a portfolio of accounting firms and be the primary relationship owner.
  • Map each firm's client network and track product usage.
  • Run structured success calls, business reviews, and check-ins.
  • Drive adoption of Mercury features across firm to client usage.
  • Increase client adoption via accounting firms and key workflows.
  • Voice partner insights to Product/Leadership to shape the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6 years in customer success, relationship banking, fintech account management, or similar.
  • 3+ years working directly with accounting firms.
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger systems, chart of accounts, and reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite and their integrations.
  • Experience managing a book of business across multiple firms or multi-entity portfolios.
  • Clear, confident communication with finance leaders and firm principals.
