🎯 Requirements

- 8+ years in regulatory risk within Tier 1 financial services or crypto.
- Knowledge of US CFTC/SEC, EU MiCA/MiFID, UK FCA, MAS.
- Knowledge of derivatives products and US regulations (CFTC, NFA, SEC) is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication; able to draft policy documents and risk assessments.
