🎯 Requirements
- J.D. required; 8+ years in regulatory law, policy, or government affairs.
- Proven experience engaging policymakers at federal, state, or local levels.
- Track record in highly regulated environments (e.g., consumer reporting, finance).
- Translate complex legal/regulatory analysis into clear guidance for leaders and non-lawyers.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, judgment, and communication; bias for action.
- Nind to have: FCRA, AI policy familiarity, and privacy law knowledge.
