🎯 Requirements
- 8-10 years post-qualification experience in financial services regulation.
- Knowledge of Australian financial services regulation: AFSL, ASIC Act, AUSTRAC AML-CTF, APRA/RBA.
- Experience advising on licensing and regulatory perimeter questions.
- Experience engaging with APRA, ASIC, RBA, AUSTRAC or Treasury (2+).
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into pragmatic advice for non-lawyers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
