🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in domain ops, registrar ops, escalation, or compliance.
- Deep expertise in domain lifecycle management across gTLDs and ccTLDs.
- Strong knowledge of ICANN policies, UDRP, GDPR, and abuse management.
- Hands-on with EPP, REST APIs, DNS, and registry platforms; log analysis.
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows and compliance programs.
- Proven ability to partner with Engineering to automate operations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
