- Proven success building/Scaling DACH sales teams
- Deep Enterprise buying centers knowledge; multi-stakeholder cycles
- Background in platform- or ecosystem-based selling
- Channel-first sales with resellers, MSPs, GSIs, alliances
- Fluent in English; German required for DACH credibility
