  • Build, coach, and retain an Enterprise-grade sales org with succession planning.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop senior sales talent aligned to Enterprise growth.
  • Lead channel-first GTM with resellers, MSPs, GSIs, and Alliance partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Enterprise tech sales (SaaS/Security/Mobility)
  • 7+ years senior sales leadership (managers, multi-layer teams)
  • Proven success building/Scaling DACH sales teams
  • Deep Enterprise buying centers knowledge; multi-stakeholder cycles
  • Background in platform- or ecosystem-based selling
  • Channel-first sales with resellers, MSPs, GSIs, alliances
  • Fluent in English; German required for DACH credibility
