🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred; LA County resident.
- 3+ years QA in healthcare/eldercare with oversight.
- Experience with PDSA/Lean/Six Sigma and process improvement.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, PACE, HIPAA.
- Experience with multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional work.
- Data analysis with productivity suite, Smartsheet, Power BI; Athena EMR.
