📋 Description

• Manages full candidate life-cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, placing.
• Advises hiring managers and stakeholders on hiring strategy and market.
• Optimizes candidate experience and sources top talent via multiple channels.
• Develops networking/referral bases using social networks.
• Maintains ATS data quality and lifecycle tracking.
• Attends job fairs and events to engage candidates and build pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or Social Sciences.
• 5+ years in full lifecycle recruiting.
• 3-5 years managing recruiting processes or teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Knowledge of employment law in hiring.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse a plus.
