🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in full-cycle tech recruiting, incl. security/privacy.
  • Experience hiring for cloud/product security, security ops, or privacy engineering.
  • Experience partnering with senior technical stakeholders on hiring decisions.
  • Proven ability to build and convert passive pipelines via multiple channels.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem).
