  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and hiring teams to build effective recruiting strategies for APAC Sales hiring.
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting across Sales roles as APAC hiring Subject Matter Expert.
  • Build a balanced candidate source mix across passive, active, and referral channels.
  • Develop and post accurate job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
  • Use data from ATS, candidate feedback, and recruiting metrics to manage pipelines and course-correct.
  • Lead weekly hiring team meetings for the region, discussing metrics such as time to fill and scorecard data.

  • Experience recruiting high performing Sales talent with diverse pipelines via creative sourcing.
  • Proven success hiring across multiple APAC countries: Australia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, India.
  • Experience in fast-paced SaaS environments and hiring strong sales talent, incl. passive candidates.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, partners, and agency recruiters across time zones.
  • Strong judgment, organized work style, and ability to deliver under deadlines.
  • Experience using an ATS (ideally Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
