๐ฏ Requirements
- Experience recruiting high performing Sales talent with diverse pipelines via creative sourcing.
- Proven success hiring across multiple APAC countries: Australia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, India.
- Experience in fast-paced SaaS environments and hiring strong sales talent, incl. passive candidates.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, partners, and agency recruiters across time zones.
- Strong judgment, organized work style, and ability to deliver under deadlines.
- Experience using an ATS (ideally Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
