- Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops
- Create unrivaled sourcing plans using databases, Boolean searches, networking, market research
- Proficiency with ATS; Ashby and/or Juicebox a plus
- Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, UK and US markets
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
