📋 Description

• Own high-impact end-to-end hiring across multiple complex searches.
• Run full-cycle recruiting from intake to close and onboarding.
• Build multi-channel sourcing strategies for Product and Data Science talent.
• Advise leaders with data-driven insights to shape expectations.
• Elevate candidate and stakeholder experience with best-in-class communication.
• Maintain clean data across ATS and TA systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a focus on technical hiring.
• Local to the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Proven success hiring senior/staff Product Managers and Data Scientists.
• Experience partnering with Directors/VPs/executives; data-driven decisions.
• Background in high-growth SaaS/tech, late-stage or pre-IPO.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and Workday.
