Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, shape role scope, and align on priorities
Own end-to-end recruiting from intake to offer and close
Lead scheduling and interview ops for evening/overnight interviews (4pm-4am)
Build and maintain pipelines for roles across India and other regions
Provide insights on local/global talent markets and compensation dynamics
Own cross-time-zone coordination to ensure smooth candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for business, operations, and/or technical roles
Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment
Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles
Hands-on sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM tools, and referrals
Comfortable supporting recruiting operations and owning requisitions
