📋 Description

• Own full-cycle hiring for GTM and Biz/Ops roles.
• Flex to G&A requisitions as bandwidth permits; build pipelines.
• Advise on scoping, leveling, compensation bands, interview design.
• Run structured, fair processes: scorecards, case studies, rubrics.
• Source proactively; outbound, referrals, events; build employer brand.
• Operate by the numbers: forecast time-to-slate/fill, track funnel health.

🎯 Requirements

• 710+ years of full-cycle recruiting for GTM/Biz Ops in high-growth tech.
• Proven success recruiting G&A roles (Finance, Legal, People, IT, Admin).
• Experience hiring across Manager/Director levels and hard-to-fill roles.
• Expert intake/calibration; translate fuzzy needs into crisp profiles.
• Strong offer strategy with data-informed comp, leveling, and risk guidance.
• Data fluency: manage funnel, forecast timelines, drive decisions with metrics.
