📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle GTM recruiting across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders to define candidate profiles and search strategy.
• Drive structured, high-quality interview processes.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and market mappings for senior roles.
• Sell the scope, impact, and upside of the role to top candidates.
• Ensure a white-glove candidate experience and timely updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, with agency and/or in-house success.
• Led complex Director/VP searches in growth environments preferred.
• Proactive, consultative recruiter; owns outcomes.
• Comfortable pushing back on hiring managers; shapes search strategy.
• Metrics-driven and process-minded with strong stakeholder relationships.
• Balance speed with quality and maintain candidate experience focus.
