- 8+ years of recruiting experience in marketing or GTM at high-growth tech.
- Proven track record hiring for growth marketing (performance, lifecycle).
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Able to operate in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution.
