- Experience hiring for cloud security, product security, security operations, or privacy engineering.
- Partner with senior technical stakeholders; provide structured hiring guidance.
- Build passive candidate pipelines via multiple sourcing channels.
- Proficient with ATS and tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem.
