Senior Recruiter, General Engineering

📋 Description

• Partner with Brokerage, Crypto, and Core Eng leaders to set role scope and interview plans
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles: sourcing, screening, offers, closing
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates in security and privacy roles
• Use recruiting data to track pipeline health, time to fill, and offer outcomes
• Ensure equitable candidate experience with clear expectations and timely communication

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting for Backend, Frontend, and engineering roles
• Experience hiring for cloud security, product security, security operations, or privacy engineering
• Experience partnering with senior technical stakeholders and guiding hiring decisions
• Proven ability to build passive candidate pipelines via multiple channels
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem
