📋 Description

• Serve as trusted hiring partner to leaders across People, Strategic Ops, and Banking Ops.
• Own full cycle recruiting for a portfolio of G&A roles, from sourcing to close.
• Influence and align senior stakeholders through data, judgment, and clear communication.
• Design sourcing strategies for specialized or hard-to-fill roles in rigorous environments.
• Maintain high standards in structured interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Mentor recruiting team, share best practices, and manage complex pipelines.

• Experience recruiting for G&A functions (People, Operations, Strategy, Finance, Risk, Compliance).
• Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, with creative sourcing and closing complex offers.
• Strong stakeholder management with influence through trust and transparency.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
• Hands-on, self-starter mindset with willingness to do what’s needed.
• Clear, thoughtful, and precise communication skills.
