📋 Description

• Identify, screen, and manage candidates for contract and direct-hire roles.
• Collaborate with sales to fulfill job orders and manage candidates through process.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to plan and deliver projects on time.
• Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job orders.
• Conduct weekly interviews aligned to objectives and maintain a skills matrix.
• Cross-sell and fulfill open positions across lines of business; generate leads via networks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years agency recruiting experience in accounting/finance.
• Proficient with LinkedIn, job boards, and networking tools.
• Proficient in Bullhorn to log activity and grow a book of business.
• Strong customer relationships and solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
