📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle Executive recruiting; 7+ years in talent, people, or HR-equivalent function
  • Deep experience recruiting for Director to C-Suite in high-growth environments
  • Influence founders and exec stakeholders; trusted advisor to teams
  • Strong sourcing, research, networking for proactive and confidential searches
  • Experience partnering with Board members, investor agencies, external executive search firms
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Covey, Ashby, Metaview
