- Technical recruitment experience in Early Careers
- Program/Project management experience preferred
- Experience processing candidates in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Ability to manage multiple client needs; engineering mgmt preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
