  • Execute an equitable recruiting strategy for emerging talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job goals and requirements
  • Manage full-cycle interviews for Early Careers across pipelines/offices (mostly technical)
  • Build relationships with career services, professors, and student groups on campus
  • Partner with Early Careers Program Manager to run recruiting events for students
  • Partner with Brand team to build an on-campus and online employer brand

🎯 Requirements

  • Technical recruitment experience in Early Careers
  • Program/Project management experience preferred
  • Experience processing candidates in Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Ability to manage multiple client needs; engineering mgmt preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
