π― Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business Studies, HRM, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years as recruiter or sourcer; University Recruiting/Early Careers preferred
- Event and program management experience
- Experience processing candidates through ATS; Greenhouse experience preferred
- A passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Ability to travel up to 30% during peak recruiting season
