  • Create and execute an equitable recruiting strategy for interns and emerging talent
  • Partner with managers to understand business needs, goals and requirements
  • Manage full-cycle interview process for Early Careers across pipelines

  • Partner with Early Career Program Manager to run campus events for diverse backgrounds
  • Maintain pipeline in ATS and deliver recruiting metrics

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Studies, HRM, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years as recruiter or sourcer; University Recruiting/Early Careers preferred
  • Event and program management experience
  • Experience processing candidates through ATS; Greenhouse experience preferred
  • A passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30% during peak recruiting season
