🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years full life cycle recruiting for corporate/non-technical roles.
  • 2+ years using Greenhouse ATS.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for BD, Marketing, or corporate functions.
  • Strong sourcing skills; able to engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent communicator and problem solver.
