- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years full life cycle recruiting for corporate/non-technical roles.
- 2+ years using Greenhouse ATS.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for BD, Marketing, or corporate functions.
- Strong sourcing skills; able to engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communicator and problem solver.
