📋 Description

• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers on data-driven recruiting strategies.
• Develop sourcing strategies to generate high-quality pipelines via direct sourcing and social networks.
• Engage with candidates throughout the process, from sourcing to offer negotiations.
• Leverage Greenhouse, Gem, and Tableau to track pipeline progress and maintain clean data.
• Establish strong relationships with hiring teams, becoming a strategic talent partner.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with timely communication and clear expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech companies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders with strong organization.
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder able to influence hiring managers, candidates, and partners.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Greenhouse ATS.
• Flex to wear many hats and contribute to hiring across locations and time zones.
