- Expert proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI sourcing tools.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Strong track record owning end-to-end recruitment across all seniority levels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
