- Strong sourcing skills; track record building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Sharp candidate judgment; ability to influence and align hiring managers.
- Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity; drive results independently.
- Experience mentoring others is a plus; team players who lift others.
