- Hands-on recruiting in US, Canada, LATAM, and EU markets
- Data-driven recruiting; comfortable with ATS (Ashby), Notion, and reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across org
- Experience with diverse, international teams and cross-cultural hiring
