Senior Recruiter

📋 Description

• Partner with Hiring Managers to identify recruiting solutions across the cycle.
• Manage applicant tracking, review resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Schedule and oversee phone, video, and in-person interviews across BlackSky.
• Post requisitions reflecting duties, responsibilities, and security classifications.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and guidance on equitable offers.
• Source top talent using tools (LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five years in recruiting, corporate or agency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse).
• Sourcing, internet search, compensation negotiation, and scheduling.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking for offers.
• Understanding of recruiting compliance and reporting.
• Excellent communication and organization; multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing calendars using Outlook.
