🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR, Info Systems, or related field
- 4+ years HR/Recruiting experience, incl. 2+ years in Greenhouse
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional hiring projects in fast-paced env
- Excellent coordination, organization, and multitasking skills
- Keen attention to detail and handling of sensitive information
- Ability to communicate, escalate, and solve problems as needed
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
- Can do attitude and team player
