🎯 Requirements

- Strong outbound sourcing: target mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, and outreach.
- Experience recruiting technical talent in hard-tech or complex environments.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and manage searches.
- Experience using modern recruiting tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Noon.ai or similar).
- Comfortable operating in a startup with changing priorities, lean resources, and high expectations.
