🎯 Requirements

- Hands-on AI-powered sourcing tools (LinkedIn AI Recruiter, Gem)
- Strong ATS fluency (Greenhouse, Ashby); Ashby preferred
- Track record managing 10-15 requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence Hiring Managers
