📋 Description

• Reviews certifications and specs for conformance.
• Uses calipers, micrometers, profilometers, and gages to verify drawings.
• Documents inspection results and writes nonconformance reports.
• Performs visual inspection to ensure components are burr-free and undamaged.
• Maintains cleanliness of the quality lab and metrology tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in mechanical inspection or quality control.
• Read and interpret drawings; Y14.5/GD&T knowledge.
• Proficient with inspection tools and measurement techniques.
• Understand helicoils, Keenserts, AS5202 ports, and finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
