Develop, implement, and improve the quality management system to meet standards.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure robust processes.
Own Document Control: manage documents, records, and change control.
Plan and lead internal audits to evaluate QMS performance and effectiveness.
Direct and support root cause investigations and CAPA to improve the system.
Provide training and guide cross-functional teams on quality systems improvement.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or related STEM field
5+ years in quality systems/quality engineering; aerospace preferred
AS9100 or ISO9001 requirements and principles
Certified QMS lead auditor (AS9100 preferred)
Document control, process mapping, and continuous improvement skills
