Develop, implement, maintain, and improve the QMS per AS9100 and aerospace regulations.
Partner with Eng, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure robust processes.
Own Document Control, managing controlled documents, records, and change control.
Plan and lead internal audits to evaluate QMS performance.
Direct and support root cause investigations and CAPA.
Monitor and measure management system data and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or related STEM field.
5+ years in quality systems/quality engineering; familiar with QMS platforms; aerospace preferred.
AS9100 or ISO9001 experience and principles.
Certified QMS lead auditor (AS9100 preferred).
Document control, process mapping, and continuous improvement skills.
Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
