Senior Quality Inspector, Production Floor, Second Shift

📋 Description

• Conduct in-process and final inspections on propulsion components and large structures.
• Use precision tools to perform dimensional inspections on flight hardware.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and quality initiatives.
• Review hardware requirements and determine pass/fail status, documenting outcomes.
• Take closeout photos of large assemblies after final walkdowns.
• Perform borescope-based FOD inspections on cavities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of aerospace quality inspection experience.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, bore gauges.
• Ability to work closely with design, manufacturing, and production teams.
• Strong documentation and disposition of non-conformances (MRB).
• Stand for extended periods, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lbs.
• A&P certification or COPVs/avionics experience a plus.
