Senior Quality Inspector, Production Floor, First Shift

📋 Description

• Inspect propulsion components, large structures, and assemblies (in-process and final)
• Use precision hand tools for dimensional inspections on flight hardware
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and quality initiatives
• Review hardware requirements; determine pass/fail; document non-conformances
• Take closeout photos of large assemblies after final walkdowns
• Use borescopes to perform FOD inspections in cavities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of aerospace quality inspection experience
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, bore gages
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and production teams to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Clear, effective communicator with inspectors, engineers, and stakeholders
• MRB experience: identify, document, dispose non-conforming hardware; stand for long periods
