🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with software testing on customer endpoints (macOS, Windows, mobile)
- Manual E2E testing of network-based apps, especially VPNs
- Strong knowledge of L3–L7 networking (IP, TCP, UDP, DNS, proxying, routing, switching)
- Experience with Mobile Device Management Platforms (Intune, Jamf) and/or RMM tools
- Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows and mobile clients (iOS, iPadOS, Android)
- Proficiency with traffic captures (Wireshark) and gathering logs for reporting
