🎯 Requirements
- 7–10+ years in QA/SDET with 3+ years hands-on Playwright building frameworks.
- Strong in TypeScript/JavaScript (or Python) and modern testing patterns (PO/Screenplay).
- Deep knowledge of Playwright features: test runner, traces, network, retries, fixtures, auto-waits.
- Experience with API testing, schema validation, and service tests.
- Solid CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/CircleCI/Azure DevOps) and Docker.
- Practical experience with test data mgmt, synthetic data, and ephemeral envs.
- Familiarity with accessibility testing (axe), performance checks (Lighthouse/Web Vitals), and OWASP basics.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.
