🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in quality, manufacturing or related engineering role
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or similar
- GD&T, CMM, MSA, Tooling, AS9100, AS9102, AS9103 expertise
- Blueprint Reading, FAI, and Engineering Process Specification interpretation
- Master's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain (preferred)
- Black/Green belt Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies (preferred)
- ISO 9000 / AS9100 / AS6500 / NADCAP experience
- Statistical controls and methods (MSA, GR&R, DOE, Six Sigma)
