📋 Description

• Break the Product: Push product limits, uncover bugs, edge cases, and usability gaps.
• Manual Testing: Hands-on testing to validate functionality, reliability, and UX.
• Automation Development: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automated tests.
• Shift-Left Testing: Collaborate with developers to embed quality early in the lifecycle.
• Refine Requirements: Define quality requirements with product managers.
• Optimize Pipelines: Enhance CI/CD pipelines with automated testing solutions.
• Mentor and Guide: Mentor teammates and share best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in QA or software development with manual and automated testing.
• 5+ years in software development and test automation.
• Technical Expertise: JavaScript; experience with Cypress, Selenium, Playwright.
• Critical thinking to uncover bugs and ensure quality.
• Shift-Left mindset: integrate testing early in development.
• Collaboration: strong communication with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Ownership: proactive ownership of product quality.
• Customer focus: delivering exceptional user experiences.
