🎯 Requirements

- Data encoding with ICD-10-CM and SNOMED CT; data mapping/harmonization
- Proficiency with REDCap/EDC and MS Office or Google Sheets
- HIPAA/compliance focus; IRB familiarity
- Certs: CCDM/CCRP/ACR-P/CRA preferred; strong communication and autonomy
