- Senior/Lead experience in Console certifications, Compliance, Accessibility, Shop, Backend/API
- Experience designing tests for game features: Voice Chat, Streamer Mode, Events, Store, Anti-Cheat
- Experience with agile and fixed-time development processes
- Experience with defect reporting, triage and root-cause analysis
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel and Google Suite
