Develop and maintain ATF scripts for ITSM/ITOM and custom apps.
Build and maintain upgrade regression suite.
Perform regression testing for releases and platform upgrades.
Establish performance baselines with ATF and identify remediation.
Log and track defects from automation; collaborate with devs for rapid resolution.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years hands-on experience as ServiceNow ATF Engineer.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ATF.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Proven upgrade and regression testing experience.
Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
REST and SOAP APIs for integration testing.
