🎯 Requirements
Must-have
- Proven QA Engineer experience with complex distributed backends (not UI).
- Ability to design a test strategy for a multi-component system.
- Hands-on test automation and CI/CD integration.
- Experience with scripting in Python, Go, or Shell.
- Strong communication and collaboration across tech stacks.
- Ability to work independently as first QA on the team.
Nice-to-have
- Data correctness and integrity in data-heavy systems.
- Performance/load testing experience.
- Kubernetes and cloud infra (GCP or similar).
- gRPC-based services and inter-service testing.
- Kafka and event-driven architectures.
